TLC’s first step in taking care of you and your home is to listen to your needs. We do not use a specific formula or model to do our job, our goal is to organize a personalized package specific to you and your family’s needs. We pride ourselves in the fact that we are always just a phone call away; approachable with any concerns you may have; honest with our work; and professional in the way we conduct our business with the highest integrity.

Vacation Rentals: Our vacation rental properties are chosen with specific high standards; they must be inviting, clean and special. Due to highs and lows of every season, prices vary within each season. Please call to inquire about properties, availability and prices.
Concierge and Shopping Services: We can take care of the details of your vacation while you are in town so that you can spend more quality time with friends and family. Concierge and shopping services will be billed at $45 per hour, plus the cost of any service agent or sub-contractor.
Catering: Let us book the catering for you for your special event. Catering is billed at 15% of the total cost of the booking.
Outdoor Activities: We can organize and book all your outdoor activities. Outdoor activity planning and booking is billed at 15% of the total cost of the booking.
Massage and Acupuncture: Enjoy a relaxing massage or a therapeutic acupuncture in the privacy of your own vacation home. We will be happy to organize all the details for you. Massage and Acupuncture services are billed at 15% of the total cost of the booking.
Housekeeping: Whether it is light cleaning or deep cleaning you desire, let us organize a housekeeping regime that fits the needs of you and your home. Cleaning is billed at $35 per hour, per person. We require a 3 hour minimum and at least 2 people on the job at all times.
Welcoming Service: Includes vacuuming, dusting, wipe down of counters, checking of all appliances, plumbing fixtures, and lighting fixtures to confirm operation, turn-on lights, fireplace and heat on upon request. Welcoming Service is billed at $35 per hour.
Monthly Home Inspections: Includes a monthly security check of your home. A signed and dated report along with a digital photo of the exterior of your home will be e-mailed to you to verify the condition of your home. Monthly home inspections are bill at $45 per hour.
Security Inspections: We can do all monthly and security inspections of your home giving you the added piece of mind in knowing your home will be properly secured. Security inspections are billed at $45 per hour.
Yard Care: Leave your yard needs in our hands. We can arrange tree trimming, lawn care, as well as, professional landscaping services. Price furnished upon request.
Snow Removal: We can remove snow from all your walk ways, decks and roof tops cleared prior to your arrival. Snow removal is billed at $35 per hour, per person.
Snow Plow Service: We can arrange to have a trusted and professional plow service, prepare your driveway for your arrival. Price furnished upon request.
